Since 2017, gender pay gap reporting has been mandatory for organizations with more than 250 employees. The gender pay gap is the difference in average earnings between males and female. Job-sizing is the application of a consistent, systematic process to determine the relative size of jobs.  Variation between specific roles can be objectively established based on the requirements of each job.  This process is not founded in performance or demographic, so the individual employee is not assessed as part of this, however; through establishing a fully audited job size framework, it is possible to assess gender pay issues objectively.
